April Showers Brings May Flowers

Beautify Your Home For The Spring!! Heres a few tips on keeping yard maintenance to a minimum:

1. Everyone knows cutting grass can be a challenge. When mowing the lawn, set your mower at the correct height it will be easier to maneuver the mower. If you have any unwanted grass, you can kill grass with Newspaper, Plastic or Vinegar.

2. Getting rid of weeds are the worst. If you have a yard that continuously grows, spreading weed killer will prevent the quickness of the growth. You can also place down slow growing grass seeds. Do Not Use Excessive amounts of fertilizers.

Last But Not Least, There's Vine Removal. Its best to remove vines in lower temperatures, they are not as strong in cooler temperatures. When removing vines make sure you look close at the direction vines are traveling. Vines are stubborn and will attach to pretty much anything including mortar. Remove a chunk of the vine so there is a space between vine stem and the stump of the vine. Then apply some brush killer on the stump. Remove vines with gloves.

Hope these tips are helpful!
